Return Process

  Visit our Returns Center within 7 days of delivery and enter your Order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check & Packaging

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags intact; safely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your doorstep within 2-3 business days through our trusted courier partners.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will process your exchange shipment or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
